Allow me to rephrase: I've been requesting for the last THREE months to have a fix on the macOS version of Synergy, which has NOT worked since the recent macOS updates. Despite that I've been trying to give them crash logs and other useful information so they can fix it, they have not issued any fix in the last 3 months ever since the bug has been reported, and I'm not the only one dealing with this mess. If you go to their forums you'll see LOTS of macOS users complaining for the same thing, and considering I paid for the software using the LTT link, it's unacceptable that Synergy isn't issuing a hotfix or at least a statement indicating they'd fix the software somehow. It's been a LONG time and they should've fixed it by now, don't you think?

Guys PLEASE stop supporting Synergy! I've been a supporter of the, from day one, before they were synergy, and lately they've dropped the ball badly. The app hasn't worked in macOS for the last 3 months and I've been arguing back and forth with them hoping to get a solution, even the latest release hasn't worked and keeps crashing yet they refuse to fix the bugs causing the problems with the app. It's quite unfair that LTT supports a company that refuses to fix their product. @LinusTech

This is my opinion, so take it as such: Pros from the Tesla * No gas costs * Relatively very low maintenance costs as it has no mechanical pieces inside * Cheaper to insure * Receives constant software updates from Tesla Motors, so the car is up to date for the most part. Cons For the tesla * You'll find it hard to travel long distances unless you use the supercharger network * Recharging times can take a lot, up to an hour in a supercharger. * Noiseless, if you like an engine's noise. * Unknown resale value * AFAIK batteries can be expensive to replace if they're out of warranty Pros for the Mercedes * Fast as hell * Elegant * Good resale value during its lifetime Cons * Super expensive to maintain, expect to pay more than 5k to fix the transmission if it dies on you. * Expensive to insure * Gas thirsty, it's a Twin Turbo V8 * Will draw you attention What you need to ask yourself is this: * Can I afford this in cash without financing it? * Do I NEED a car like this? * Do I make enough yearly to justify such expense? Cars shouldn't cost more than 10% of my yearly income post tax. * Can I afford an awful emergency that comes up as a consequence of owning this car? Keep in mind that 60k is a good amount of cash, and like it or not cars deppreciate badly. In 5 years any of the two will be worth 20k or less. IMO you could really invest the money in something smarter like stocks or an index fund that can generate you a 6% profit or more yearly, but that's me. Also, take it from a lady: A sports car won't impress a smart lady, young or old
