  1. I dont know why i seem to be getting such low performance, maybe crossfire isnt running properly on gta v, my gta just crashed on my current overclock
  2. Thanks, you really think? I've seen people run their air cooled cards, and reach 1200MHz and there temperatures reach way higher levels than mine.
  3. I have all the settings on full for gta v playing at 1080its generally around 50 fps but can be stuttery which frustrates me hahaha!
  4. (3770k at normal speeds) asus maximus v extreme Corsair Ax1200i 16gb Corsair Dominator ram (4*4) Dual 7970's I have recently added another 7970 to my current system, I have added a sapphire 7970 (http://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/b19/sapphire-hd-7970-oc.html) to my existing loop which also has a Vtx3D 7970 (http://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/b481/vtx3d-hd-7970-x-edition.html). My system is a fully custom watercooled system. I have recently tried overclocking my GPU's, the last stable clock i manged to achieve was this Core Voltage : 1300mV Power Limit : + 20% Core Clock : 1150MHz Memory Clock : 1425MHz Kombustor= Tessy Spheres on Plane 103fps 35C max 6196 Heaven = 70.1fps 1767 As you can see I've been testing with Kombuster and heaven with all settings on their highest. I have tried increasing this overclock which has just lead to both programs crashing, even though the temperatures never get above 40C, can anyone please help me with this.
  5. I absolutely love the slim yet weighty feel, and its pair of wonderful speakers.
  6. Thanks that looks great, is the CPU much higher performing than some of AMD cheaper ones, and my one concern is I need WIFI and whether the mobo will bottleneck my 7970 and whether it will be able to house some kind of WIFI card etc.
  7. Thanks, isnt the m bigger? and isnt the mobo screwed in vertically?
  8. I need to know what changes I could make to make it cheaper with the same performance, and I already have an 8gb 1600 corsair vengeance
  9. I am planning a very small, convenient gaming build, in the mini-itx Prodigy case, my budget is 600£ ish, my goal, is to be able to run my radeon 7970 which I already own without any bottlenecking and at the same time have a nice fast processor, the reason some of the parts are missing is due to me already owning them e.g. the gpu the psu and 1 stick of ram. Thanks http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2OrVt
  10. Thanks, thats reassuring, when I get the chance I will reapply the thermal paste
  11. I was wondering, the person who apllied my CPU paste said he might have instead of just putting a small blob in the middle he might have put a small blob and then with a credit card spread it all over as a thin layer, could that be the casue of the problem?
