i have been thinking about getting a new laptop for video editing and can't decide if i will go for windows or for a mac could anybody tell me the benifits of either side

I was wondering if anybody knew if it is possible to upgrade the packard bell m5801 processor from a core i3 to a core i5 the socket type is 1156 was wanting to get a quad core rebuilding the pc for a friend to use thank you for any help

cool thank you for responding i was tempted with going for a 7700k but that would mean building another computer unless the 7700k uses the same socket type as the skylake

just wanted to ask if it would be worth me upgrading from a intell core i5 6600k to an i7 6700k is there much of a difference perfotmance wise and how would it affect gaming

ye thats all i plan to use it for is watching stuff like netflix or downloading movies for when i travel

if i could get a copy of windows 7 that would be ideal as i enjoyed using it

been tempted to getting Linux but never used it be four so not entirely sure how to install it

i have been recently been given an old notebook from a familay member and was hoping to use the thing for streaming video content and watching video when i am not near the main computer but it is using windows xp would anybody have any advise on what os to use the device is a HP compaq mini 700 series i have upgraded it to 2gb ram and the cpu is a intel atom N270 at 1.60ghz

I was given the division on pc as a gift computer plays it just fine however when i try to play with direct x12 i have to play in windowed mode its plays fine there but as soon as i go to fullscreen mode the game it crashes is this a problem with my rig or the game in general i5 6600k 3.5ghz 32 gig ddr 4 gtx 950 windows 10

I would love eaither of the two cards as I am currently using an amd hd raedon hd 6670 and need a better card for my new rig
