for the 4 pin i would recommend getting a 4 pin to 8 pin adapter and compare and add up all the watts and see if they are enough watts to power all the components from how your explaining it it sounds like your CPU needs an 8 pin 4 pin ist enough power send me a picture of your build and your components

Try re seating RAM CPU and GPU and check the wattage for your components and see if your PSU has enough watts

Buy the 512gb one and get a cheap hdd that's 400gb or more saves money
