    Hey guys i recently bought a new Evga Geforce GT 710 x8 graphics card to put in my IBM x3850 M2 server but i get this error at startup 1802 PCI Error and the Card is detected in windows server 2008 R2 but give this error "his device cannot find enough free resources that it can use (code 12).If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system." is it a configuration error or am i supposed to remove something from the Server ?

    this is a server and it doesn't have any cables from its PSU that i can use to power a graphics card
