  1. I have the same case and have it set up 90% the same as this. The difference is both of my fans at the top are outtake.
  2. Cut your loses and sell your current rig as a Facebook scroller for dem old folks.
  3. I just don't value the 1650 at all. I don't feel like that's even a option when it comes to budgeting since there's a ton of used AMD RX cards out there.
  4. You could rock a 570 8gb from eBay for just under $100 shipped. Or just jump to a GTX 1070 for $160-180 used. I'd skip out on the 1650.
  5. Make sure your power plan is set to High performance.
  6. PCPP puts it at 231w for everything he's listed plus HDD. It's a non 80% unit so it's possible it's only kicking 67% of that 350w. What's the math there?
  7. Good luck man. I've had this issue for years with diff video cards. Only happens with one game and only when using Display Port. 99% sure it's been a bug since it's inception. Pretty much all you can do is turn off your monitor, flick the power switch on your monitor if you have one, and then unplug the power cord from the monitor. Give it 30 seconds and hook it back up and turn it on. I've found 3 possible fixes online, but none of em worked. Only work around is what I already stated. Best of luck.
  8. Are you using a display port for your video?
  9. Are you to far into your journey to just wipe/reinstall windows? Just install the GPU drivers after and run some bench marks. Start from scratch so to speak.
  10. Damn, was hoping a bios revision brought you faster speeds.. but nope.
