Hello everyone, Is it a good idea to buy a used mining gtx 1080? Its an EVGA gtx 1080 FTW. (https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=08G-P4-6284-KR) I found a seller in my area willing to sell it for $550. Is there anything I should be worried about? Do I need to replace the thermal compound and pads when I get? Do I have to change the BIOs back?

I found out my heat sink fan had a broken fin. The fin has a crack in it. I replaced the after I reset the heat sink with new thermal paste. I lowered the clock to 4 ghz and I have not touched the voltage, it was set to auto.

Hello, I am looking for a to get a better cooler for my current system. I have a i5 6600k oc to 4.2 ghz on my gigabyte z170x gaming 3 mobo. I am currently using a hyper 212 evo in a nzxt s340 case. When my cpu is under load, the temps can go up to around 97 C. I have added extra fans to add more air into the system and the temps reach about 94 to 95 C. I want to stick with air cooling and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a cpu cooler upgrade. If you have built in a s340, what is the biggest cooler that can fit without touching the side panel
