Great thanks! Problem is the wires are not labelled too

Long story short. My 5v argb header came apart. The head itself and the wires. I can put it back together but there is 3 wires for the pins. Does it matter which wire go to which pin?

Lately ive been encountering an issue where during gaming, it will freeze for a sec or two(i noticed my fps dropped significantly during this period). Sometimes I just lose audio for a second or two. Is there any way to diagnose this problem? Games im having issues currently are gta5, Control, CoDMW, Star wars jedi fallen order. Only clue I found was during my star wars game play, i noticed my cpu was going at a 100%. Screenshot included. My rig I5-6500 with corsair h10 Msi b150m bazooka Zotac 1070ti Avexir 2x8gb 2400 Samsung evo 850 250gb + 1tb wd blue + 3tb seagate nas Superflower Leadex 550w 90+ Corsair air 240 I am currently running a clean install of windows 10 64 bit. Edit* Quick note, all the parts except the gpu turns 5 this December.
