I found out what my issue was. Apparently my pump speed was put to LIQUID temp instead of CPU temp. Making it so the water was not moved away fast enough. Now smallfft is 65-67c. Still a little hot but its SmallFFT so.

wait blend test runs 60c. is small FFT just runing everything? Should i run it or?

The cpu doesnt throttle, it just goes up to 95-98c while my 280mm rad runs all it can to cool it. But it doesnt do anything. I have always had issues with my cpu. From running 60c idle with 212 evo, i decided to get myself a Watercooling AIO. It now runs 30c idle, but once i push it with prime95 with any load mode it runs instantly 98c. What am i doing wrong? It is correctly seated and all that. EDIT: its not overclocked. Its running stock. the cpu is i7-4790k

Iwe done several times. This is like my 10th attemt over 3 long years of trying to do this

So iwe always wanted to run a server from my house. Everything ranging from a game server to now a VPN. Every time i come to this point i hit this big brick wall that our ISP has locked us out from opening ports. Iwe opened everything and tried to turn off our network firewall to see if that was the issue. But it wasnt. So i cannot port forward or open ports in generall. So i face the impossible question to how i can run a server trough a port WITHOUT "port forwarding". My workarounds are this so far : 1. Use a software that will forward a speciffic port trough to a VPS and host it from there. Problem with this is as follows. #1. Its a bug in the program that will break up the connection after 5 minutes and not allow new connections. #2. The creator has no idea how to fix anything and is selling it because ot this. #3. Also its offline as im writing this http://www.grappl.io (the github : https://github.com/ellenhebert/Grappl ) 2. Hamachi or anything like it. Problem with this is as follows. #1. ITS SLOW! #2. Probbaly steals your data. #3. annoying to configure. 3. VPN with port config This is the best solution iwe found but it costs money and i have tried with no avial to get it to work. (the guys who have this feature: https://airvpn.org )

25-30 because thats what my friend is getting with the same CPU and cooler (i7-4790k). Also his is overclocked

Im not sure. What is this Power saving mode? Also the Pc downlocked as i remember down to around that yes with 45c

As i said in my Update. I underclocked the CPU voltage to 1.05v so it only started up on that voltage. And it still ran really hot

No the problem did not occur after i overclocked, that was when i realized it was running to hot. Iwe never looked at the temps of my CPU before. Only the load. I have reset and also updated my BIOS.

Im pretty sure i am. Im over 99% sure the problem is not on my side but rather they not looking at the temps as you heard.
