I tried this, but didnt make any difference and yes i have flashed my Bios for newest version

Hello there fellows, Im having a problem with my new build. first 6months it worked great! had problems with my psu (corsair ax760) but had another psu to use. Well there was Windows update about creators update and i downloaded it and installed. Everything was working as planned. (at that point i was at army greens) Well my service at army ended and were back in pc gaming WOHOO! PC worked well couple of days. At one morning i was gonna check gmail. PC didnt startup.. i tought WTF i was doing wrong? did i overclock it? no Well i contacted my retailer and they asked motherboad to RMA. I sended PSU and MOBO to RMA and last week i got stuff back. Yesterday i was exited and put everything back in place, Fancy new mobo with core i7-6800K and 32gb ram and 1080ti and more.. well i was trying to install windows 10. Well in BIOS it post normally (as expected). i even ran MEMTEST86+ before insert win 10 bootmedia no errors there and i ran hirens boot cd and used mini win xp over there, worked fine... But finally for windows 10 installing.. 9.5sec BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALL SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE And i even used DVD and USB for bootmedia same error codes no overclock no xmp and i have tried to ov and xmp have tried different gpus different psus basicly everything else is 1week old exept RAM and CPU and sometimes cant even see what blue screen says.
