i need help choosing parts for a $500 PC. I use ubuntu so i don't need to pay for an OS, also i already have RAM and storage. I would like it to be as small form factor possible, micro ATX or smaller

I recommend buying windows from here https://www.kinguin.net/category/15019/windows/ unless you are OK with using something like ubuntu or other forms of linux I would buy it from there

because they said they would pay me more if i host because then they aren't paying the hosting company and me. also i am not paying for power.

So, I have been saving up for the HP spectre 13 but now that i can afford it i am not sure if there is a better option for a high performance (besides graphics) laptop. current ideas are to stick with the spectre, get the razer blade pro, or the xps 13/15. i need help choosing from these or need more ideas under $1200 thanks
