Aw dammit
My ASIC is 66.8%
It's higher than 7.8% of all RX 480s

Funny, I can still hit 1450MHz if I push voltage up to 1350mV. This is why I say RX 480 overclocks better, it responds to voltage (and temps, the overclock is stable at 73C but not at 78!), and if you really want you can hit 1450 no matter what you have (need a golden chip for more than 1450 though)
And power consumption is still only 200W at 1450MHz/1350mV

Sorry Ryan and Stare about responding to this status update like 10 days later...but that's simply not true @Energycore.
If you have a card that only has a single 6 pin connector, you'll struggle to get past 1300MHz...especially if you lost the silicon lottery and it consumes 190W~ of power for the GPU wafer alone at 1350MHz...(but only 95W at 1270MHz...) but I guess I have a RX470 and not a RX480 which may be a reason...
I mean at 1350MHz, either my GPU gives up first by "dropping frames" (IDK what to call it) where the FPS goes from 100 to 20 and there's like 5 seconds of latency or my PSU does (yep, it triggers one of the protectors, I suspect the OCP) soooooo..."no matter what you have" is an overstatement no?
