I have amd athlon x4 860k and im planing on overclocking and for thermal paste i have cooler master high performance thermal compound. I was wondering if i could overclock with this.

I have an amd build but what stands out and suck is my Msi GeForce gtx 750 oc I get Terrible performance in high end games even in low settings
