Thanks for all the replies guys, really appreciate the help. I've solved the problem, it's actually an adware problem. I have adblock installed so I guess it stopped the ads from popping up, hence the every website with ad stopped working.

My laptop has very slow internet, but it's not that simple. I cannot surf on internet at all except using Chrome and the only site I can go to is YouTube. I've tried different browser and different sites but nothing else works. It has to be the specific combination of YouTube on chrome. Youtube is very fast and no hiccup at all. In task manager I can see there is 0 Kbps send nor receive other than when trying to load youtube on chrome. On the same wifi, my phone is fine. It's a very weird situation. I've never experienced this before and I have no idea how to fix this. Thank you for helping!!!

Hi Guys, I have problem using windows 10 and it says I have activation error. The error code is 0xc004f014. I have recently bought an SSD and migrated the system from my old HDD, and I have been using the windows 10 on my old system perfectly without any error. I bought windows 8 when I first put this system together, then the windows 10 upgrade was free so I upgraded. Now I cannot activate my windows 10 using my old windows 8 activation code. What can I do? Please help, any suggestion is much appreciated.

I am a DP and Director, hope my experience can help. To start with, the most useful item would be the slider and the least being the manfrotto(I suggest benro s2 instead). However, it really depends your style of shooting. You shoot tech video, and I suppose you aspire to be like MKBHD? His style is mixture of portrait (Himself) and product shoots. So I think to branch out to that direction you need really good lighting ( at least a 2-point softbox set up) for good portrait and slider movement for sexy product shoots. iPhone 6 is a pretty good camera, and you can definitely max it's spec out and get great result. Plus Canon is sleeping and I wouldn't bother purchasing their camera now.Besides, a manfrotto 502 is way overkill for an iPhone. But adding a smaller fluid head to accompany your slider will make awesome slider shot. These should be what you consider to own: 1. A 2-point softbox lighting kit. 2. A slider 3. A smaller fluid head for adding extra production value. You can check out benro s2 fluid head Which is inexpensive and perfect for iPhone. You can find all of those for a total of~USD$200-300 on Amazon. P.s. Good sliders are expensive because they need really high precision to align the bearings and rail. and they need really good bearings for smoothness. The material of the rail has to be strong so it won't bend in the middle(usually the weakest point) if you have a heavy load. I have used one of the generic brand slider just like that one for emergency. They are really good value and surprised me with their quality. You can contact me if you have any further gear problem. Thank you for your reply. About ram, I am using the basic Kingston DDR3 1333Mhz version. As I cms recall, Linus said in his video that higher frequency ram doesn't produce that much boost in power, so is it really worth it to buy the much more expensive ram?

As I said, it's just a direction request so I don't know when will I build it hence I don't know how much money will I be able to save till then. If I must give out a budget, USD$700-800 should be close. But I really don't want to set any restrictions regarding price.

Hi guys, I am a video shooter and I want to see what should my directions be if I want to upgrade my current computer to reduce render time and speed up preview. currently using: i5-3330 Gtx 660 8gb ram 2TB HDD couldn't really remember the motherboard. I use abode products (premiere pro, AE, ps, speedgrade etc.), but I really don't know what I should purchase next hardware wise. As this post is just a question on upgrade direction, the budget is hard to say. Here are my questions: 1. Should I upgrade to a newer platform(e.g. lga 1151) and a new gen cpu or buy the i7-3770k, which is the best on my current socket lga 1155onand use it on the same mobo (to save money for other parts)? 2. Should I buy a new gen graphics card or buy another 660 for SLI? 3. Which would be more benefitial, changing the cpu or gpu, if I can only choose one to upgrade. 4. If I want to purchase a ssd, how much storage should I buy and what should I put on it to better utilize it? P.s. I don't play games at all, if that helps. Thanks so much

Also I can't enter safe mode when I kept pressing f8 during boot up, if that info helps.

I attempted to upgrade from Windows8.1 to Windows 10 and the system asked me to restart after the files were downloaded. I remember I downloaded the files to a partition of one of my 2 hard drives. I left to computer to run and when I came back it said to plug in a external drive in an error message (my Windows is not English so not the exact wordings) now the system shows the Windows logo at startup and the dots are spinning underneath, but it can never reach the page to enter password and the same error message shows. I tried unplugging all usb drives except mouse and keyboard. Tried removing the other hard drive and even the DVD Drive. Tried repairing Windows by the original win 8 disc and it didn't work. Please help me if you can.thank you so much.

I love the z2 cuz its awesome at shooting video. I shoots short film and I would love to have the Z2 for my projects. The dbrand skin is really cool and it creates a personal feel for the phone and make it unique. I just love both of them and I hope I can win this.
