I would like to ask is it normal for a laptop to have its disk and memory performance spikes like that? The disk hit 100% usage. does it tell that it has a hardware problem?

Hi guys. I am planning to build a gaming pc but upon searching for mobo for AMD FX 8350 I saw MSI 970 gaming and I also found a graphics MSI R9 380 with a PCIe 3.0 , the only problem is that the MSI 970 gaming mobo only has PCIe 2.0 slot, can I use the R9 380 in the MSI board or not? Thanks for the response.

Hi everyone, first of all, I am planning to buy a new computer components but I still want to use my hard disk drive because of the OS I am using, will it still work if I change everything(processor, MoBo, Memory, video card)? I have an idea about this but I would want a validation from a lot of people so I can be sure if I can do this or not. Thank You everyone.
