  1. yes, only at startup though I remember it once BSODed on me randomly but never happened again. I only enabled SVM mode in BIOS to help with Bluestacks performance, but even before enabling it, the problem exists. I've tried load optimal bios settings default and still the same. tried disabling the splash screen too, but it still froze with only the "American Megatrends" showing in the top. no beep sounds as my mobo doesn't have speaker I believe. pretty sure RAM is fine since I've ran many diagnostics test with zero errors. the only recent hardware change I had was the rx 580. before that I was running with the Vega 8 IGPU. I don't have spare HDD to test
  2. PC randomly freeze at startup or even in restart. It freezes at the motherboard splash screen and wouldn't go any further unless I hit the reset switch sometimes even takes me 1-3 reset in order to completely load windows. Things I have done: - Updated to latest BIOS (from F10 out of the box to F23 which is the latest) - Run Windows Memory Diagnostics (No errors found) - Unplugged my Bluetooth Adapter - Re-seat RAM and Video Card - Clean install GPU Driver (using DDU in safemode) The problem still occurs randomly and I don't know what to do at this point.
