When it comes to customer support, I absolutely love Logitech, back when I was a simple laptop gamer, I had this incredibly cheap Logitech headset, i think it was the H150. That thing broke on me about 3 or 4 times, and every time I contacted Logitech, they replaced it no problem, and let me keep the old headset.
Another time, the scroll wheel on my original G502 stopped clicking in. I contacted Logitech, and they actually replaced the mouse with the newer Proteus Spectrum model. They let me keep the old one, which is still used by my brother to this day.
Not sure if I got lucky with these encounters, but they have gained a lot of trust from me.
