  1. Hopefully EVGA will be kind as I bought it second hand and it doesn't have the serial number sticker on it.....
  2. Update on this: Reseated CPU and GPU, didn't have the problems for several hours then had it happen again. This time, I finally got an error out of Event Viewer.
  3. Corsair HX1200i (1200W 80+ Platinum) (Yes it's overkill, got it on black Friday on a good deal though! )
  4. I did reseat the GPU, but not the CPU, haven't touched the CPU since I installed it back (last year sometime?) except switching out coolers, that said, I'll give it a try Edit: I'll also look for bent CPU pins while I do this... Edit 2: Reseated CPU, no pins were bent. Thought strangely enough, the BIOS recognized it as a "new CPU installed."
  5. Ok, so lets start by describing this extremely weird issue. Essentially, I'll be playing games (I've found it most consistent in Overwatch) the GPU will stop outputting any picture. The PC does NOT shut down (Spotify continues to play music, Discord still works, and all peripherals all work) however, no video is supplied. I have triple monitors 2x generic 1080p Acer monitors and 1x BenQ 2765HT at 1440p. My PC specs are as follows: i7 6700K (No OC) (Watercooled with Corsair H100i v2) 32GB (4x8GB) G.SKILL TridentZ DDR4-3400 (running at 2133) (Active cooling with G.SKILL Turbulence 2) EVGA GTX Titan 6GB (No OC) (Watercooled with NZXT Kraken x41) ASUS Z170-Deluxe Corsair HX1200i Windows 10 Pro Here's what I've tried: Running FurMark for 1+ Hr Running Valley for 1+ Hr Running IPDT Running MemTest86+ for 6 hours Updating BIOS (latest is version 3007) Completely uninstalling and reinstalling nVidia Drivers Checking Event Viewer for errors (none to be found) Reseating all power plugs, RAM, and GPU (I did not reseat the CPU) Something rather strange to note is that after rebooting the PC after the GPU stops displaying, the PC will sometimes not boot and will end on Q-Code 99 (which is not defined in the motherboard manual (thanks asus)).
  6. I found it on amazon https://www.amazon.com/Micca-OriGen-High-Resolution-Preamplifier/dp/B01BURJVOC this one it? (And if it is, is that a 6.3mm/1/4" jack?
  7. It's not so much so that the audio is bad, its more along the lines of, I want something for when I get new headphones later, if that makes sense.
  8. Not going to lie, I've never heard of a brand called vamery, sounds really sketchy. Definitely check ebay and amazon, maybe even craigslist (be wary on that one).
  9. Hello all, I've been looking into getting a DAC for my new sennheiser headphones (HD598se) and would like to get a DAC, sadly I'm rather uneducated on what to look for and have decided to come to you guys with the following question. What DAC (or soundcard if you have one) would you recommend?
  10. If I were you, I'd just go through troubleshooting the PSU. 1) Test wall jack and psu to wall cable 2) Use paperclip method (bend paperclip and inset one end into pin 16 (green) and the other into 3,5,7,15,17,18,19,or 24 (black)) If the PSU does not turn on at this point, its dead.
  11. op said his motherboard is a Gigabyte H170-Gaming 3 (which has DualBios)
  12. If nothing at all happens, I would check first to make sure that your power switch is fully plugged in. (Alternatively you could plug your reset switch into the power switch pins)
