  1. I like your thoughts about the situation. It's that my parents will buy this once and not again anytime sooner. So, I'd like the card which would be best for me which is delivering constant 60/60+ fps on High/Ultra 1080p gaming. I don't own a VR headset and I don't think I will anytime sooner. And yes even though extras are good, but my main objective is gaming and not making videos or taking that many shots. So i'd like the best lasting performance I can get for the bucks. Now a 1060 would be good, but no SLI compatibility is biggest con and on the other hand, the power consumption and performance is making me think of buying 1060, but I love that the 480 supports CFX and very well actually. What do you think I do? I don't have a 1440p monitor nor Gsync or Freesync supported ones.
  2. Yes, but when you come to the point that till now Vulkan has been used on only one game, the result changes. But yeah, in the future, many more games might just use Vulkan, but one thing u should think is that Nvidia will not lag behind as well. They will take over some other API and that might take on the market over Vulkan. Now my situation is that my parents will allow me to buy this once and not again anytime sooner. So I'd like the card which would give me good performance to play most demanding games in High/Very High/Ultra at constant 60+ FPS for more than a year. I'm not a Nvidia fanboy nor AMD. Just want the card which would be best for me.
  3. My budget is about $335 so, yeah, the price ain't issue. I'm just lookin for the best performance available before september
  4. I'm willing to buy a GPU by September and I got confused if I should get the ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce GTX 1060 OC Edition or the SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RX 480 8GB Edition for 1440p/1080p Gaming. Which one do you guys think I should buy?
  5. I have a Sapphire R9 270X Dual-X 2GB edition which is smokin hot. I mean literally, I have to keep it at 90% fan speed to keep it from reaching 90 degrees. A polaris would literally be a game changer for me and my PC.
  6. Kova. It has a nice amount of macro buttons to it allowing it to do more with great aesthetics and awesome built quality.
