    The Thermaltake Water 3.0 is a good option. Since it's made by Asetek, it should be pretty reliable, and it's a bit cheaper than the H100i as well. Yes you can put fans on both sides of it. If you have any more questions please post a thread in the water cooling forum, this thread is for completed builds with custom water cooling.

    Formula has fewer x16 slots, but it has RGB lighting and a waterblock installed on the VRM, integrated wifi, and a plastic cover over the whole thing. Extreme has an additional x16 slot for 4-way SLI/xfire, a regular aluminum heatsink on the VRM, no wifi, it only lights up red, and the plastic cover is a bit smaller.

    Man it seems like you don't even need to be getting an overclockable motherboard and CPU let alone 16 GB of ram and a ROG Maximus. You might even be better suited by an APU with 8 GB of reasonably fast memory.
