  1. Good Idea. Doing that might reveal the cause of the problem. If the grey background would be in the screenshot it would probably be a problem with the software (drivers) or your GPU. If it is not in the screenshot your monitor or cables might be causing the issue.
  2. You could try going to your device manager (My PC > Right Click > About my pc > Device Manager) and then find your graphics card, right click again and update the drivers using the button. It sounds like an issue with your GPU to me, if the steps above don't help then let us know
  3. Hello, After looking all over the internet, my final resort is this always helpful forum. I have Logitech Z-10 Interactive speakers that feature an LCD display with some touch buttons. There are only a few stock applets (apps) for this display: A clock, a CPU/RAM usage monitor and a media controller that doesn't work anymore... You should, I repeat should, be able to use applets made for the Logitech G15 keyboard that has almost the same LCD screen. I tried to download a few but they all don't seem to work although they should... So my question is: Does anyone has/know where to find applets for the Logitech Z-10 Interactive Speakers. After some searching, I only found an outdated Spotify applet but that only shows half of the song title on the screen. Thanks in advance!
  4. The build that you have looks great already! I can really recommend the GTX 1060 for 1080p gaming, it performs great. Only thing that I would suggest is a dedicated/not stock cooler for the CPU since the stock one isn't going to do so well under heavy load. If you would like to go for air cooling then this cooler is a great choise: https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/294328/cooler-master-hyper-212-evo/specificaties/ Or if you would like an All-in-one (AIO) liquid/water cooler then this one is also a good choice: https://tweakers.net/pricewatch/416208/cooler-master-nepton-240m/specificaties/ EDIT: I'am really stupid, didn't see you had a cooler already....
  5. These are great for radiators and are quite silent http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/case-fan/silencio-fp-120-3pin/
  6. Gigabyte has pushed out an update for the utility that has fixed all of my issues. http://www.gigabyte.co.nl/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5958#utility
  7. I would like the new Razer Blade 14. Why? Because that majestic piece of craftsmanship packs almost all the components of my desktop in that amazing sexy form factor. And I would be able to show all those console basterds on my school what real gaming should be with this mobile graphical processing wonder. Of course the Stealh is great too but I don't feel the need of the 4k screen for my use case. And since it does not have a dedicated gpu, gaming on the go might be a no go. Congratulations on hitting this amazing milestone and I wish all the other entries to this giveaway best of luck. And Razer, keep up the good work with these amazing products and thank you for making this giveaway possible.
  8. Since VR is a really different experience then a faster laptop, I would go for the Vive.
  9. If you game on both at the same time yes, if not there will be no noticeable degrade in fps.
  10. Hi, A few weeks ago I bought a Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1060 6gb OC Edition. To change the clock speeds and led modes Gigabyte has an utility called Gigabyte Extreme Gaming Engine. The card performs great but the utility has a few hiccups, so I would like to know if you are experiencing the same issues. In my case the utility sometimes causes the led's to freeze and to stay in the color/mode that they where even if I try to change the color/mode in the utility, the problem is fixed after a shutdown and boot. If I try to restart it doesn't fix the problem. All the other features of the utility seem to work fine. Since it is a quite new card and new utility (for this card atleast) I think that they haven't fixed all the bugs yet. I would like to hear what your experiences are with this utility. Thanks in advance! ~Rushfriend
  11. Finally got my Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1060. First impressions, coil whine :( and great performance :)

  12. Well, most people/company's on the internet earn money with advertisements on their site or service.
  13. Not overkill, will preform great for 1080p.
  14. It might not be as powerful but that price though.
