    For future proofing your build at this resolution and frame rate I would go with the 2080 super or even 2080ti (if you can fit it into the budget)

    that's a beautiful system...ship it to me and I'll test it for you   If I were a gamer...I'd go with a 3700x and save a bit to get a 2080 Ti...just food for thought.
