  1. Hi, I'm new to pc gaming and I'm a little lost. I know how to use steam, sort of. I don't know how to make games switch between windowed mode and full screen without going into preferences in steam. I have tried alt+enter but that didn't work like I was told. Any help, pointers, or tips about anything would be greatly appreciated.
  2. I know how to change it in settings but alt+enter never works for me. Yes i can run it, I was given a laptop as a college present with a i7- 6700hq, 970m, and 16 gb of ram.
  3. Hi, Im new to pc gaming and i just got skyrim on steam and i have no idea how to do anything. i cant figure out how to make it go fullscreen, how to get out of full screen, and stuff like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Are you talking about ark, or the other game he asked about
  5. I think xbone has more use than ps4, it can easily stream content just like the ps4, one of the only advantages of a console over pc, and it has better exclusives, most of the exclusives on ps4 are just remastered of ps3 games. With games like quantum break and rumored gears of War UE and 4 being cross platform I see no reason to get a xbone, but at the same time pcs are taking over for hardcore gamers and if the exclusives carry over it'll just make an easier transition for most gamers and can only benefit the gamer, only casuals will continue to support consoles without exclusives. I think Microsoft knows that the pc market is where it's at and they want to start making the transition. It would be great if everyone's library of games transfers over to the xbox live server for pc. With that in mind Microsoft might be looking to take over the pc market in the next console gen, then instead of xbone vs ps4 it's going to be xbox vs steam.
  6. People on pc just get salty because those games don't use the hardwares max potential, they run fine on pc, just not to pc standards
  7. You should be able to play that game the requirements are really low, so you should be all good
  8. Ok so you have to sticks, 2x2 GB means 2 sticks of 2 GB each which means that you should have 4gb total, if it says 2x2 GB it's a total of 4gb not 8gb

  10. Unscrew the side panels... boom done.
  11. My whole reason of making this thread it to see if people really like Windows because of the UI or just because of the support. Think of it in terms of cars, Windows can be thought of like a sleeper car that can out perform most sports cars, then there's OSX which is like a mustang which looks good but doesn't have the greatest performance out there. The only reason I like Windows is because it runs better for gaming, so I just wanted to get others thoughts on the matter
  12. That kind of stinks that the handheld might just be coming out, I was really hoping for a full console, I just hope that they can release some info at e3. It will be such a hyped year for me if they do, I'm getting a pc and I could see about getting an nx
