  1. am i the only one who see it's really wrong that he wears a dust mask because of the dangerous fumes, and not a proper one with filters ? dust mask only helps with large particles.
  2. it is not a new monitor, but just seems wierd, there are no other issues than this.. im addicted to my two monitor setup, so living with just one would be difficult ^^
  3. i have a two monitor setup, and my main monitor has for a couple of months now, randomly just turned completely green... I had a gtx 580, and now i have an rx 480, and the issue i the exact same.. And the only way i have been able to get it back to normal, is either, restart pc, or change resolution on the green screen, or close my browser on the other monitor... What could be the issue ?
  4. Hmm i just tried it in my own machine, (which has the same ssd with my os on it running just fine.), and in that machine it registers just fine..
  5. and if i set anything to port 3 or 4. they wont register at all... and i have tried not having anything but os disc plugged in. and not having port 1 and 2 plugged etc. nothing seems to work.
  6. A bit of an urgent one. i have just build a system for at buddy of mine, with the MSI B150 Gaming m3 motherboard. and an intel 600p m.2 ssd. there is also a couple of other harddrives, which is detected just fine. i have populated all but sata ports 3 and 4. issue is it just wont detect the m.2 drive. i have UEFI settings applied for boot mode. Everything is BRAND NEW. and i have also completed a bios update to version 8 from 6. with no change. hope there is someone out there that can help.
  7. The motherboard is less than a month old. And optimized defaults and fast boot and all that is loaded.
  8. Hi i just build my computer a couple of weeks ago. And now its starting to cause some trouble... ( once in a while) Specs: i5-6600K Maximus hero VIII 16gb Dominator DDR4 ram. i have 5 harddrives in total. 3 mechanical. 2 SSD. One of the SSd's have windows on it. My issue: Once in a while, every third or fourth bootup, it can't find the boot drive... Not even in BIOS. Then i can shut down, unplug a sata cable of a random harddrive, boot into bios, change boot order to the correct SSD which is suddenly present again. Then reboot, and reconnect the sata cable. And everything works fine... I have done this 4 times now.. I am clueless... Hope you guys can help to solve this issue...
  9. any tips on how i can tweak my settings for less stuttering ? at medium i only experience very small stutterings. But really don't wanna go down to low...
  10. still got some stuttering, but not nearly as bad as before... quess it's the Vram ?
  11. right now im just playing hardline and battlefront. did not think about the vram.. hmmm. the settings were set to high in everything. Will try at medium and see if it changes anything.
  12. hi, i just finished upgrading my system, but now i suddenly experience stuttering in games... Like the whole thing just lags or stops for 2 sec, and then keeps going. specs: maximus hero VIII i5-6600K 16gb DDR4 2400 hz 650 Watt power gtx 580. The latest game i experienced it in, is hardline.. where it just stutters like crazy... any ideas ? btw. temps are at max 40 celcius at load. could it be windows it self ? or a slow harddrive ? hardline is installed on a mechanical harddrive. kinda lost here about what to do.
  13. Microsoft refuses to help me... In their opinion i have a completely new computer, since i upgraded my motherboard! All the "help" they can give me, is sending me to sales, for a new license, which they want 200 $(cad) for...
