I usually tell people to avoid Windows reinstalls until every other option has been tested but in this case I think it's the best place to start.
The page_fault_in_non_paged_area BSOD is almost always caused by corrupt software. You say you've already tested your RAM and it passed (which is the second option for this error) so reinstalling Windows is the best way to eliminate software.
