    What if a friend trolls you by secretly taking your phone and displaying "inappropriate" images on your shirt. You wouldn't even be able to tell unless you looked down. You could pull the classic "Kick Me" prank on a whole new level.

    The reason why Texas is in debt is because of so many people moving to Texas. The government has to build "roads, water and wastewater treatment plants, among other infrastructure."     The new haswell chips arent just for people who have a desktop or play heavy graphic games. Most laptops don't have a discreet graphics card in them and rely on integrated graphics to display images. Also. if all you want to do with your computer is go on the interwebs, why would you want to pay more for a graphics card. These are instances when you would want onboard graphics built into a cpu.

    Do You think Newegg will have another intel cpu-motherboard combo? You can save $20 with the current summer sale but when they have the combos it is near $80. They are also having a DIY sale starting august 13th, would it be best to wait and see if the prices go lower on both the 4670k and the GIGABYTE UD3H?

    Think about it from his side, If he is telling the truth. He ordered a used graphics card, seeing from the description that there is nothing described as being wrong with it, and then he gets it. It shows signs of being tampered with and doesn't work. He tells the seller about this and (I don't know all that you said) all he gets is that it worked for you earlier. He can't use it because it doesn't work, and doesn't want to just lose $150 to some guy, so he wants to get a refund but the seller won't do it. I wouldn't be too happy either.
