Been a while, but I think I'm just gonna upgrade my OEM PC for now. So my question is, what's better between the 750 Ti, 950, and the 7950s?

Definitely with a GPU. Just haven't decided, and a friend may give me an R7. So I'm still making a decision to take that one or buy a better one. How do the 7950s compare with R9s?

I've been pondering on getting a budget $400 PC. I've never had to pick parts, and I'm not exactly an expert when it comes to picking parts. I've got this so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2Pg3rH . Still deciding on graphics card. Been looking at GTX 750 Ti, R7s, and R9s. Might get one off of eBay, or my friend might give me his R7 270. Nevertheless, I need help picking the rest of my parts, and keep this around (preferably right under) $400, while also being able to run AAA games and other popular games at medium or high settings. I'm open to any suggestions, or anything else I might need. Thanks!
