do you this over clocking the 8320 would be worth it? or would the gains be minimal?

I upgraded to a XFX 480 from a XFX 7850 to be able to play BF1 at a higher frame rate. After the upgrade my system seems to be still struggling at only medium settings. Would the CPU be a bottleneck or possibly need more RAM? CPU FX 8320 Motherboard ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0 RAM 8GB 1333 MHz GPU AMD XFX RX480 PSU Corsair CX650M

Verizon NFL Mobile has a streaming function now and I am trying to figure out a way to stream that from my phone to my PC. When i press the stream button on the NFL app i can see my chrome cast, so is there a way to get my PC to show up.

So I've wanted to get into pc gaming for a while and finally have today when i traded my PS4 for this setup. Now i have found myself with this nice machine but don't know where to start besides going to Steam. I'm just looking for some insight on the "need to have" applications and setting changes for a gaming pc. I'm am system admin and server tech by trade so i am not completely computer illiterate but am a noob when it comes to pc gaming. Heres the setup: CM Storm Stryker case AMD FX-8320 at stock clock speeds with the stock cooler 8 gbs of generic 1333mhz ram 1tb western digital blue hard drive XFX HD 7850 2gb GPU ASUS M5A99X evo r2.0 motherboard generic 500watt cooler master power supply

Well this definitely makes my decision even harder, but all of the input is surely appreciated. The reason i am wanting to trade the PS4 for a PC gaming setup is i would like to learn more about tinkering with computers. I could build my own rig but i would like something to mess around with and experiment on and not care if i damaged unlike if i damaged a newly built $1,000 rig. As for gaming I'm mainly interested in the games that are not attainable on consoles like CS:GO or Insurgency, but i would be also playing the more demanding triple A titles. Lastly since I'm coming from a console I'm not huge on resolution so for now 720p or 900p will be fine. Just wanting to know if this setup will run games like GTA5 and Fallout 4.
