$70 for this inevitably un-optimized year and a half old game?  Cool. I'd rather donate that money to skidrow for their crack.
    Rockstar ain't getting my shekels.

I hate when people say things like this. It's like you guys didn't even read the thread, or the purpose of it completely passed over your heads. Nobody is here to complain or demand anything from Linus. We are expressing our opinions on the current state of the Youtube channel, not to attack Linus or his work. Infact, quite the opposite. The idea is for Linus and his employees to read the feedback, and possibly make changes for the better (in our opinion). As far as I've read, nobody here has had any aggressive or offensive intentions. Just going ahead and unsubscribing and saying nothing about it is the absolute wrong thing to do.

I sort of agree with these points. I first subscribed 4 years ago, and I consistently watched almost everything Linus put out since then, up until some time last year. Now I find myself only watching a handful of LTT videos a week, where as I used to be watching several of them daily.

I certainly appreciate the improvement in quality that Linus is striving for, even though the old unprofessional style was just as enjoyable for me. What I don't like is that it seems that improvement in quality has directly effected the quantity of interesting products that are shown. Just skimming through the past while, all I see is keyboard, keyboard, mouse, speakers, phone, keyboard, monitor, mouse, speakers, monitor, keyboard, mouse, phone (in no particular order). Mixed in is a bit of the stuff I'm interested in, including some cases, motherboards, laptops, RAM, graphics cards, etc., but it's all big name, popular products that everybody else is covering.

I still enjoy the videos, and I will keep watching, but I agree that there is less enjoyable content. I also hope that Linus is taking all the constructive criticism like a man. If not, I'm available for hugs.

I never thought about it but I do miss the old LTT style channel and I did find some gems that they used to show and make videos about.   Now that I come to think of it I do not know how I feel about where the channel is going, I used to watch LTT all the time but now I don't and the why behind that could be many things.  I definitely don't hate the new channel since it changed to Linus Media and I don't plan to unsubscribe, there are still things that I like to watch that are PC related, the rest of the 'boutique' stuff I don't care about.

I feel the change is positive for Linus Media, they are reaching to a broader audience and there is always a give and things out need to surrender when that happens.  As far as myself,  I do miss the PC world dominated/oriented channel days and less of the other stuff, the infinite review on everything from coolers, cases, etc etc and the guides and updated guides.  And he used to do a lot more outside stuff BUT now he has a nice studio and I can't blame him for using it, he just needs to clean the bathroom cuz no one else does .

The only thing I can think of is, I do watch the channel less because some of the products he reviews I really don't care about.  It is always a question of quality or quantity of the content or how is it produced, is it shitty or fantastic.  I think Linus is a smart business man, the question if he has walked away from his roots I think would be a yes BUT I don't think he has forgotten about them.   He still speaks his mind and is not a brown noser and I think now more than ever he is doing this even tho it is a risk for him now more than ever.

I am a big fan of Linus even with the changes, that is the reason why I have i7 3970x box signed by him, lol xoxoxoxo
