I was sorting through a friend's old box of Beanie Babies and I found this one that had 2 strange spelling errors on it, the words Original and Surface were spelled wrong.. so i googled this and found that toys like this were selling for thousands. The deal was that I would sell the box for them and take 1/3 of the money. If you look on ebay now, there are tons of listings for them though, so I think I should wait until they get rarer.

i have microsoft office (word, ppt, outlook) on my old shitty windows laptop (the battery lasts 2 hours), and im gonna switch to a mac laptop soon and i was wondering if i can uninstall it on my old laptop and move it to the new one?

my school uses Google Apps for Education and we all get Google accounts with unlimited storage, but the catch is that you cant visit some websites and watch 90% of youtube videos, so i usually dont use it unless im at school. But since it has unlimited storage, i was thinking i could just use it to back up all my files, but will they deactivate my account when i graduate from that school?

do these work with utorrent?

are there any good VPN programs that can hide our downloads and browser history and all that stuff? i was looking at cyberghost but i cant tell if its legit or not.

eh i mean, the oil thing yea, but the whole china thing didn't really affect AMD that much.

AMD rose from 1.80 to 2.09 today. This may be a delayed reaction to the Q4 results a few days ago which claimed slightly higher than expected results. This is definitely good news for AMD. I bought in at 2.03 a few days ago, so I can't complain. For those of you who don't do stocks: 16% is massive.

*disclaimer: i completely understand that putting every Asian person into this stereotype is completely wrong, and i understand that. i fully realize the majority of people outside of this issue that are polite and excellent members of society. Not trying to dis Asians, culture is completely fine, i just want to know whats going on here. i go to a public high school in California, and there is this group of about 20 Asians at my school ( important to note that they are from all different countries: Korea, China, Vietnam), and they completely shut themselves off from everyone else. A lot of them were born and raised in America but refuse to "westernize" themselves, ie: not doing the pledge (required in us schools), basic courtesy (holding doors open, please and thank you), and being disrespectful to so called american culture under the pre-tense that (according to them) reverse racism doesn't exist and that they have it harder than anyone. But outside of this weird little group, this behavior is seen all around the school; Asian people separating themselves from white people. Someone once showed me a Skype chat titled "Asian Chat (no white people allowed)" where they just gave homework answers and stuff, and you just had to be Asian to get in, you didn't even have to know anyone. Does anyone know why this happens? I should note that nobody at school is at all racist, its insanely strict, but most people idolize you for being Asian here anyway.

i thought the whole thing that they preach was that you need a copy of your data somewhere other than the server/hard drive/computer its in or else theres no excuse for the data getting lost.. tf?? gets 30k of sponsored hardware to build a useless computer but doesn't backup company data??
