bought a headphone splitter today from poundland haha, got the headphone splitter but also got another splitter thing but can't work out what it is? it's a 2 3.5mm mono input to aux output? curious as to what it is and what it's used for? hahah featured on the right of the photo below

My Pentax Q10 won't start filming anymore, been fine all week and all of a sudden it won't film. I turn the dial on top to film and it doesn't film, it just takes a photo when I press the shutter button ? Anyone know how to fix this?

I have a usb drive but it doesn't have Windows on it, I only have a disc that I have put in my usb dvd reader

Just built a new pc, booted it up and went into the bios, now I need to install Windows but I'm using a usb dvd reader, and every time I select that as the boot device this message comes up "Reboot and select proper boot device Or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" Please help

I also had some issues with not enough usb 3.0 ports on the internal I/O, so I was kinda looking to buy a new mobo anyways (that was due to my poor research lol)

Just finished building a new PC but now I've discovered that I need a different motherboard as the one I have at the moment doesn't have enough fan headers so the system gets way too hot Ordering a new motherboard and will sell the old one but do I need to re-apply the thermal paste? It would have only been on for a couple days and I'll be using the same processor and heatsink, just on a different motherboard, so is it worth buying some new thermal paste too? Btw I'm using the stock Intel heatsink/fan

Building my first pc and am having some trouble with my power supply/mobo. My mobo has a 4 pin EPU connector but my power supply only has a 8 pin, what should i do? Buy a connector, return this motherboard and buy one with a 8 pin connecor (as I've already had some issues with not enough chassis fan connectors and such) or is it possible to still plug it in using only 4 of the 8 pins? I have attached some images below! P.S nothing is dusty here the flash just made it look this way

cracked the case open and now I've got this, can't see any SATA ports atm, any ideas of what I should do?
