  1. Does anyone know of any server chassis's that support i9-9900k? Or atleast any empty chasis's that I can put my own stuff in.
  2. Thank you for your help, guess I'll keep looking.
  3. I have all the parts, the only thing I am looking for at this point is the chassis. Would this chassis work for the i9-9900k? If not do you know one that would. https://www.neweggbusiness.com/product/product.aspx?item=9b-16-110-144
  4. They have a bios update for it, but you have to request it form asrock with proof of purchase of both the 5000 series chip and the mobo in question. Update: Just to confirm I have indeed gotten the bios update that allows it to work with Ryzen 5000 series from Asrock.
  5. It should be able to support it with a bios update.
  6. I was able to find a rack server with a AM4 Motherboard and a built in IPMI. https://www.newegg.com/asrock-1u2lw-x470-supports-intel-xeon-e-2100-processors/p/N82E16816775004?Description=x470 barebones&cm_re=x470_barebones-_-16-775-004-_-Product&quicklink=true
  7. Well the server is being sold to someone who want's these specs and know a lot more than I. Would you know a IPMI module that would work for this motherboard?
  8. It's for a hosting company and will have many servers on it of varying play counts and mods/plugins.
  9. I already run pterodactyl on my other servers and it works fine.

The main game this server will be hosting would be minecraft on Pterodactyl Panel. Also The CPU is likely to be above 30% Usage for large amounts of time. And would the 2666mhz of ram handicap the 5950x when it comes to Game Server Hosting?
  11. So the PCIE 4.0 drive won’t make much difference for stuff such as map loading for source engine games? And Minecraft servers too??
  12. I've been working on this list for a while trying to figure out all the questions below, but I've still not found the answers to said questions So I've been looking at building a Mid ATX Server as the DC I use for collocation offers that, and I made this Server setup would the cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO be able to keep up with the i9-10900k overclocked or should I switch it to either the Noctua NH-D15 Dark Rock Pro 4 or Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3 BTW the datacenters temps are between 9C - 16C coming in and 20C - 32C going out And would both the Motherboard and CPU be able to support 128GB Ram at 3600Mhz if not what would be the highest frequency supported at 128GB and 64GB respectively.
