    Get a Thinkpad - you should be able to find a used T470 on ebay in your budget. If you want even more power, buy the P51. In fact, the last-gen P50 is also still a great and powerful machine and it should be even cheaper now.

    I currently have a pair of Audio Technica M50X and I like them, but I wanted to buy some headphones with ANC for a while now since I do a lot of traveling. I also have an iPhone 7 and the dongle is really annoying so I also want them to be wireless. I was considering the Bose QC35 but than I heard many good things about the Sony MDR-1000X so I'm not sure which is better for me. I got to listen to the QC35s and I thought they sound OK. Not amazing but good enough for me. I really do like the noise canceling a lot and if I got these I would be happy. I'm just wondering if the Sony sound better and how good their ANC is. I read many reviews saying it's not as good as the Bose's. All the extra features also look interesting but I'm not sure if I need them. The 1000X are also £29 cheaper but I don't really mind paying a bit more for the Bose if they are the better option. I'd appreciate any advice.

    So I need a new laptop and I settled on the Dell XPS 15. The only problem is that I live in the Czech Republic but I use an American layout keyboard (I don't write anything in Czech) and I'm already used to it. Is there an option to get an American layout keyboard on a laptop without buying and importing it from the US?

    In one of their videos Linus says that they use a Tamron 24-70 f/2.8 for and a Tamron 100 mm for macros. In the video he says "Brandon owns one himself and he still insisted that I buy one for him to use at work." (The 24-70) For CES coverage, they also used the Canon 24-105 with the A7s II. And Brandon himself uses various Canon prime lenses for his pesonal Blackmagic pocket CC with a Metabones Speedbooster. Hope this helps.

    I wanted to upgrade my audio solution. Currently I use the M50xs (and occasionally my IE80s) plugged directly into the onboard output on my motherboard (Asus x99 deluxe). I was thinking about the schiit stack Magni + Modi or an Objective 2 and ODAC. Which one is better? Any other recommendations?
