  1. Is it just me or the EqualizerAPO settings for the HyperX Cloud Flight just make it quieter?
  2. I understand I just messaged them back and requested a quad channel kit. Thanks for the help homeap5 and Surreals, I will update this thread when I receive a reply.
  3. Yeah I understand lifetime but I assumed it meant replacements for lifetime and not refunds but maybe I'm wrong.
  4. I bought the memory in late 2017 so I don't think a refund would happen but if they don't offer a quad channel alternative then I can try that.
  5. I'm not that desperate to get the RAM back, I have a 16GB kit I can use in the meantime. You're right though I think I will ask for a like for like replacement. Thanks I'll see if more people reply too, I would like to see more people's opinion on it.
  6. Hi, my current set of RAM is faulty, getting hundreds of errors in Memtest and BSODs almost everyday. I contacted the manufacturer who offer a lifetime warranty on memory and they approved my RMA, no problems so far. I'm planning to send the RAM back Monday. But last night I received an email from them saying that my 32GB 4x8GB set is out of stock and asked if I would be okay with a alternate replacement of 2x16GB. Both sets run at 3000MHz. For reference I am using a quad channel CPU and Motherboard. i7-7820X and MSI X299 Raider. I'm not sure whether to accept the dual channel downgrade? If it is a downgrade? or ask for a similar 4 stick kit. Thoughts?
