There are many complex solutions,but something that's easy and could be effective is TCPOptimizer. http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php Download the program and run it as administrator. After that, you'll want to adjust the connection speed slider all the way to about 30Mbps or so. Then you'll want to go to the bottom bar that has Windows Default, Current, and Optimal. Choose Optimal, Apply Changes, then restart your PC. No need to touch anything else unless you know what it does. This may or may not help, but it's worked for me.

It's rather frustrating how you can't play games over 30 FPS because you only have 1 GB of GDDR3 at 500 MHz. Because of this, and how I have limited desk space, the ZBOX would be a gift from the gods.
