  1. it cant. it can be set up only using an iPhone.
  2. Can i use the cellular model as a standalone device, for receiving calls and texts, and maybe listening to music without needing to own an iPhone? Edit: I have an iPad Pro if it matters at all.
  3. How exactly do you set up the apple watch using android devices? I heard that its only possible to do using iPhones. Not even iPad/Mac can be used to set up an Apple Watch.
  4. But how exactly does he use it. I have been looking at buying a LTE apple watch and use it for calls and such, but i do not own an iPhone. I want to sort of remove a phone from my everyday carry. If someone can educate me and help me/us here it would be just amazing. If someone owns an apple watch LTE can you tell me that if i can use it as sort of a standalone device to listen to music, receive calls and text messages. Focus on receiving.
  5. Yeah man. I dont think I can wait that long.
  6. I do make a living with CAD and Industrial Design, but I have a computer that i provided by work. So this is mostly going to be my own personal use, and I would rather not spend of Quadros. The other option I have is a 1080p monitor, and there are no 1440p IPS that i could find on amazon. I can still upgrade the RAM on a later date.
  7. All x570 boards are just too expensive. Can you help me with budgeting it into the configuration?
  8. As i mentioned earlier From what i researched about, they work almost identical. 3600 does win here and there, but they cost almost the same and 2700 saves me from the bios headache.
  9. Budget (including currency): INR 115,000, Including keyboard and monitor. (no mouse, i have a G502 hero) Country: India Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mainly AutoCAD, Rhino, Solidworks, Keyshot, Blender, Houdini, Cinema4D, and playing games. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am hooked onto the LG 27UL500-W. I am ready to take recommendations for a monitor for this price-point. I want to be able to play games at 60FPS without stuttering. I dont mind playing at 1080 or 1440p at mid graphics. I will be buying everything from Amazon India. These are the parts. I don't want to go Ryzen 3000 because compatibility issues with B450, and I live in a very remote location. Nearest city is 90kms away from here, and given the human malware situation nothing can be done anyway. I have a 240GB Sandisk SSD Plus from back in 2014/2015 that i had been using in my old laptop. I will keep that. Should I get a 500GB M.2 SSD maybe something like Corsair P1 or WD Blue(Green/Black? I dont understand the difference), or get a 1TB HDD and save some money. Power Supply - What should I go with? Is Antec NeoEco 650M 80 Plus Bronze good enough for this? Antec one is cheap too. CPU Cooler - Will the AMD cooler be good enough? I dont plan on overclocking this computer at all. The case comes with 2 fans anyway. Is there a decent cabinet that you could suggest? I dont want RGB, and I dont care for TG, Its going to be sitting on the floor or somewhere not to be seen much. Now if i go without a cooler i can save some money and get an M.2 SSD intead of a harddrive. or best case both. I would also like the possibility of having WiFi/Bluetooth on the computer. How should I optimize it. I am going over budget with this build anyway. So i dont really want to stretch it even further. This is going to be the first time building a PC for me. I have only been getting Laptops for the last 15-16 years that I have had a computer. Edit: Added Wifi/Bluetooth queries.
  10. I have thought of that option, but there are a few issues that make it a lot les compelling. I dont really have a place of my own at the moment, and after college I'll be with my parents for some time, and then after at a training facility for the job and then i'll be posted somewhre i dont know yet.
  11. Hey, I have been using iCloud for quite a while now to store everything that i might need anywhere and as a backup to all the work/academic work that i never want to loose. I'll be done with college in the next few months and i am planning to ditch my laptop (MacBook Pro 2017) for a variety of reasons. I had been using icloud, as the computers i used in college are macs, and i have an ipad pro that i use all the time, also from what i know its more private thatn Google Drive and Onedrive. I hate google. Once I graduate I will be having a linux box or something, so iCloud isn't any convinient for me anymore. I would like to know of a cloud storage service which is private, preferably opensource, and does not claim any rights to use my data for their needs. I am not a data hoarder, so I dont need a lot of storage, sub 500GB storage works great for me. I am ready to pay the equivalent of $8-10 per month for the storage. Edit: I was watching a GN video where they talked about Linode, can I host a server and make it a storage server? How can i do that?
  12. I have a MacBook Pro 13" 2017, which I hook up to a 25" LG Ultrawide monitor, 2560x1080. I would like to record gameplay footage using OBS but whenever I do I get a lot of and stuttering in even older and non demanding titles with low settings. Games like Diablo 3, Dota 2, LoL, Insurgency, Left 4 Dead. What settings should I use to get a decent enough quality without ruining the experience of the gameplay.
  13. Hey. I have been looking up to buy a used computer and saw a listing for a computer with Intel E3-1200 and S1200BTL PBA E98683-352 ATX LGA1155 DDR3 ECC motherboard and GTX750Ti. The computer is listed without RAM installed. I am interested in buying this but I would like to know if I can use it without ECC memory, or I need to buy the expensive ECC registered DIMMs.
  14. Thats what I need to know. if the new one is coming when will it be launched in the market.
