I'm debating the Graphics card though. Seeing as the RTX 2080TI is almost 2 years old, and following the rumor mill, it seems like within the next few months we're likely to see an RTX 3000 series card. My question is, do I build the rig as is and cry when the next day the 3000 series is released, or do I build the rig sans-graphics card and use my current one (a GTX-980) until the 3000 Series is released.
I know the old adage of if you wait for the newest part, you'll never build anything, but I'm not entirely sure about it in this case.
Thoughts?
