  1. I don't think you are alone. I don't necessarily support the FBI specifically, but this case has extenuating circumstances. First, the terrorist is dead, the phone is in the possession of the government as evidence. Legally speaking, it is their phone now. They should be allowed to access it in this situation. But, add on top of that, a judge gave a legal order. This isn't the FBI wanting to remotely access some random phone. This is the FBI wanting access to the phone of a known terrorist that they physically have, and have the legal authority to access. I'm all for Apple standing up for privacy in general. But to make a big stink in a terrorist case seems odd. Of all the other requests the FBI has made for access, I'm sure there is a more shady one they can make a stink about. But this is a known terrorist. How can you pick this case to stand your ground?
  2. I just got a laptop and since I'll be using it more than my desktop I put my SSD in that.So I would love to get an SSD so my desktop can have one again!
  3. Square Trade support for Kindle. At first I was so torn on getting the accidental damage warranty. I've heard mixed things about Square Trade in general. But they have a special department for Amazon devices separate from the rest of the company. So far I broke my kindle screen twice. Well once, the other someone else broke it. Point is, first time I called on the Sunday of a Holiday weekend. Some holiday on Monday, Labor day or something. From dialing the phone to hanging up was less than 5 minutes, no questions asked, verified information, and sent a new one out. I got it Wednesday. Second time, same thing. Called over the weekend, verified some info and sent a new one out. Little to no time on hold, no arguing, no BS trying to "fix" anything over the phone, just gather info and send a new out. Absolutely amazing.
  4. I'd want the Kiro. Both seem great but I prefer a more minimalist look.
  5. I'm interested in a very low profile PC for general use, but that can also game a little sometimes. Some portability is nice too when I have all the peripherals in multiple locations, it's easy to just bring a small box around.
