Dude I also have the same GPU model, recently bought it this month, I believe the high idle temperature is normal on this card, it says in the box that it doesn't ramp up the fans when below or equal to 60 deg. C. w/ the ambient temperature of 36 deg. C + or - 2 deg. C and the 755 mhz when Idle, really no clue why it's that way. Btw, if you RMA already, please tell me how the replacement performed. about the same or significantly improved? Thank you ^^
