  1. Alright, thank you
  2. bump4help !
  3. I've been looking to upgrade my audio setup for quite some time now and the main motivation is that both my Blue Snowball and Sennheiser HD 429s are literally held together with hot glue. They work but it's annoying and I'm not sure how much longer either are going to last. Anyways, I'm under the impression that the MXL 770 microphone I've been looking at needs a phantom power supply like this because it's not USB. And I also read that an audio interface such as this would work. Thoughts on just phantom power supply vs audio interface? The second question is for the ATH AD700x headphones. I believe the impedance is low enough that I can just plug them straight into the on board audio so that means no DAC/AMP? Thanks for the help!
  4. Yeah I would have liked to gotten a PCI card but that's 5 days shipping and Walmart is 5 minutes away lol. To solve the problem, it's taken me all day to do this, I just turned on the 5 GHz signal from the router. I feel kinda stupid for not trying it earlier.
  5. My old USB adapter broke so I bought a new one, the Netgear A6100. It recognizes the wifi in the house but won't connect at all. I moved the router into my room and the adapter into my grandpa's PC but the same thing was happening. I left the adapter in and moved the router back into the room with with my grandpa's PC and it connected. As soon as I moved it away from the router it stopped connecting to the signal. I have tried installing and uninstalling the drivers countless times to no avail. I've reset the router a few times too. OS on both computers is Windows 7 Home Premium. EDIT: The distance between the two rooms is 40 or so feet, between two walls. Should be well within the range of the adapter. (and it recognizes the signal, regardless)
  6. If I win this, I'd probably trade my brother in law for his 4790k+Z97 board
  7. I have some plans to downsize from from my CM Storm Scout 2 to a Node 804 and was going to make the switch from an 8320 to a 4690K but sticking with AMD saves me from also buying a new CPU. I think I found a good micro atx board from ASUS but I'd prefer Sata 6 over USB 3.0 because as far as I've seen, there's no micro atx AM3+ boards with both. Has anyone had experience with any? Thanks ASUS Board http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a78lmusb3
  8. You guys really do some awesome giveaways. My favorite thing in the bundle would be the true quiet fans. Yeah they're not the most aesthetically pleasing but they sure are quiet and move a whole lot of air. I used two of them in a build for my grandpa
  9. The cooling on it seems really, really good

  11. Wow. That's a setback. Is hand sleeving cables difficult?
  12. Can I use Silverstone sleeved cables for my RM 650? http://www.amazon.com/Silverstone-Tek-Extension-Motherboard-PP07-MBW/dp/B00B46XJQ6/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1403628369&sr=8-4&keywords=silverstone+cable+extensions
  13. Cool thing for you to do
  14. So... Torrenting Skype made it work for some reason. Didn't have to resort to using their customer service
  15. Already have. 6 times. I guess I deleted that when I was editing the post. woops
