i have a home theater pc, and the psu decided to give up. i snagged a random server psu from work, hacked up the case and it works lol.

What if you plugged it in the other way 20 + 4 in mb ? No pics sorry

So i plugged the 20 + 4 pin in the psu and then the other side into mb any negative from doing this?

Alrightly looks like I got a little to ambitious, So I got the the 960 to 1623Mhz on gpu and 3605Mhz on gpu memory. Heaven Benchmark 4.0 stock score 1677 Heaven Benchmark 4.0 overclock score 1816 settings were on high Settings in Evga Percisionx 16 Power Target: 110% GPU Temp Target: 80c GPU Clock Offset: +79MHz MEM Clock Offset: +100MHz Voltage: +37mV (1.25) temps during test: 55c Fan rpm: 1466

downloading Heaven right now, and gaming to test

so i was able to get 110 to gpu offset, and 226 to mem clock, with no added voltz

Lol nice good to know thank you very much. The games i am playing are on ultra above 60fps with no overclock.

I have a gtx 960 ftw, i downloaded evga precisionx16 to see what i was running at. PrecisionX say I am getting 1455 mhz boost clock, does that sound right?
