How do I choose where my apps startup position should be? I have a second monitor and on that monitor I want to have Discord and Spotify, But currently they open up in a weird position. Any way can change that? THIS IS HOW I WANT IT TO STARTUP THIS IS HOW IT IS CURENTLY

Hello, I'm moving room and in my new room (Basement) there is only one Wall socket. And it look like this: Would it be ok for me to only use multiple of these: I plan on having a PC (850w PSU) A 4K TV and a microwave and a Gaming console and tons of chargers for Mobile & iPad and 3DS Or do I need to call a electricer and if so how would I explain my problem? [Sorry for bad English]

-
Ok So for a while now I have thought of doing a reinstallation for Windows 10. and I'm also about to upgrade to a GTX 980ti and I wonder What would be best reset before I put in the 980ti or after I put it in
