Oh great :/ the left ear on my 202s just went and the 30 day return policy ended on the 6th, contacted amazon and they're sending me a replacement no questions asked :o .

    I'm not going to lie, I was dreading having to go through customer services but it was a quick 2 minute conversation, I checked my orders page and the replacement was there tracking information and all - really happy with that, with customer service like that I'm really looking at buying everything on amazon.

    Well I've had impeccable customer support from both Amazon and Google hence why I try to obtain everything from them at all costs. Thank goodness Amazon sells nearly everything right?

    It's good enough. I've only had to deal with them once and they weren't bad. Not Amazon quality, but as shitty as EA, for example.
