Oh great :/ the left ear on my 202s just went and the 30 day return policy ended on the 6th, contacted amazon and they're sending me a replacement no questions asked :o .

I'm not going to lie, I was dreading having to go through customer services but it was a quick 2 minute conversation, I checked my orders page and the replacement was there tracking information and all - really happy with that, with customer service like that I'm really looking at buying everything on amazon.
