Owlcatraz's Achievements

  1. It worked before and yes I've done DDU on the onboard and Nvidia G100.
  2. I currently have a build with an i5 6400 and a GTX 1060 before I have the R9 380 installed to it and now I want this R9 380 on my old pre-build with DDR2 3GB and Intel Core 2 Quad 9400 and it keeps getting black screen and fans are running max rpm, before I had i5 and GTX 1060 I didn't have any problems with my old pre-build and R9 380. I was thinking it might be the power supply is the problem not be able to give much power to the GPU or something else.
  3. If I got the RX 480 I would giveaway my R9 380 to my friend because he doesn't even have a decent GPU.
  4. MSI H110M PRO-VD Micro-ATX MOTHERBOARD for $99AUD OR GA-H110M-H (rev. 1.0) Intel® H110 Chipset for $89AUD Which one would worth buying? just need a new mobo because i bought an i5 6400 and 8 gb of DDR4 2133Mhz and im still stuck with yolkfield Q9400, In the future i would upgrade a new mobo again.
  5. It turned out it had a wrong bios installed This is what bios was installed: R01-B4 http://acersupport.com/acerpanam/desktop/0000/Acer/AspireE380/AspireE380sp2.shtml 10 minutes ago i just flashed the original bios R01-B3 + there not much you can really do on this BIOS nothing changed
  6. GPU Z showing PCI E x16 1.1 Here my mobo specs: http://acersupport.com/acerpanam/desktop/0000/Acer/AspireX1700/AspireX1700sp2.shtml it said it support PCI E 2.0 x16
  7. playing multiplayer in Block n Load i get 13-30fps 300-500MHz low setting 1080p but when im on single player i get 30-60fps 300-900MHz 1080p
  8. but when im on doing benchmarks i get max 980MHz. when i play games it just stayed in 300-400MHz. here all my information about my GPU and my CPU always run below 75% Radeon Software Version 15.12 Core Clock 980 MHz Radeon Settings Version 2015.1204.1216.22046 Driver Packaging Version 15.30.1025.1001-151204a-296874C Direct3D® Version 9.14.10.1162 BIOS Date 2015/07/13 06:34
  9. i just figure it out. i know why is it doing it. its because radeon settings on gaming tab the settings makes those spikes the only way to do it is by disabling all the profiles and your running more fps than before.
  10. No spike on scenes just when changing the scene there spikes Unigine_Heaven_Benchmark_4.0_20151226_0300.html
  11. Im just downloading the Unigine Heaven so what GPU did u burn or damage?
  12. Ok So lets go back to the topic why is it spiking when im playing games?
  13. well it look like VS450 and r9 380 survived the 1080p benchmark
