  1. My brother is a gamer and still has one of those old Lenovo Optical USB Wheel Mouse's and I wanted to get him a nice mouse for the holidays. Anywho happy holidays everyone! 2. I'm planning on buying parts for a PC today because its Black Friday, and I was wondering should spend the extra $40 to get 3000 MHz RAM. This PC is mainly going to be used for gaming and I'm not really sure if RAM speed really matters or not. My build:http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/FKhgGX
  3. Yeah I'm just going to get an EVGA 980 because the R9 390X runs pretty hot and R9 Fury cost a lot.
  4. I like the idea of getting the R9 390X cause of the performance for price, but I'm worried about it overheating. It also takes a lot of power 275 watts.
  5. Black Friday is coming up and I've decided to build a new PC. I have all the parts planned out except for the water-cooling and the graphics card.(I know this isn't related to water cooling but if you know of a good 980 card please tell me) I'm getting a i7 6700k and I'm probably going to overclock it. I'm using this PC for gaming so the cpu will be on a load most of the time. Which water-cooling is best for my PC. I would like to know the sound, the cooling performance, and the cost. Thanks. My Build:http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/KNj4cf
  6. I'm planning to get a new PC this Friday (It's black Friday and parts are cheaper) and I have no clue which graphics card to get. I thought about getting the Gigabyte Geforce GTX 980 G1 or the EVGA GeForce GTX 980, but I checked reviews and performance for them and some people say there are better cards. The PC is going to be used for gaming and I'm going to have max 2-3 monitors. I know this isn't related to graphics cards but if you have a good liquid cooling for my build please add it or tell me. Thanks. My Build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/KNj4cf
  7. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/2CYhf7 is this good? I changed your build a little bit
  8. Not trying to be rude, but that build isn't that great. I know this is my first build but I'd rather stick with my build, sorry.
  9. So I've been using my HP-Pavilon dv6-1199eg for a while now and I've decided to upgrade because its getting pretty old and slow and it can't run the games i would like to play. So I was deciding to make a build soon because black friday is coming up and maybe I could get some parts for cheaper. I decided on a $2500 build for medium-heavy gaming, and probably streaming. I may or may not also make youtube videos in the future. This is my first PC build ever so please no hate if I did something wrong in the build, all advice is appreciated and if you have any changes to the build, feel free to do so. My PC build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/HnGwWZ
  10. So my friend is looking to upgrade his laptop into a desktop, he has a budget of 1000 (600 for build and 400 for peripherals). This desktop will mainly be used for gaming. He wanted me to put up these 2 builds on the forums too see which one is better and what can be improved. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/RzBTyc http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/xpvmsY Sorry this is late but theres one more build: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/dQZKrH
  11. Tbh I would like a 980 because I don't know what games and things I'm going to do with my pc in the future so I'd rather have a better one now and not have to upgrade later
  12. So I've been planning to make a build for a while and I got some of my friends to help me with the parts (I'm not very good at picking parts) and I was wondering which one is the best. I'm planning to use this pc mainly for gaming and the budget is around $1500 (I already have my peripherals). Here are the builds: 1.http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/pqtfzy 2.http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/GHw2cf 3.http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/Cc2cnQ 4.http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/VDDg7P Also if these builds aren't good and you think you can make a better one, please do.
