Shouldn't this configuration work?

Okay so I officially feel like the biggest idiot ever now. I've been trying to install with 3 sticks like the stick shown. Apparently I can't use that stick with the other two. After about 1.5 hours I just now try without that one... Any ideas on how I could use that third stick?

Bought a set of two 8GB RAM sticks, when both are installed at the same time, motherboard begins to beep. Each one works fine alone. Motherboard is a gigabyte GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming. RAM is corsair vengeance. Any ideas?

I was attempting to update my motherboards BIOS. It seemed like it was done, the computer restarted, but my monitor had no signal. The computer fans and lights indicator lights come on but nothing else does. Any ideas? Edit: I have tried resetting CMOS and that did nothing
