Come to NA and carry me lol. IGN: Naberius if anyone wants to play. I'm more of a bottom boy prefer to support - somehow I made it to Gold this past season.

That's a great suggestion! -sigh- Yeah. I hear you. My cable management is horrid. Most of the cables are peripherals - I'm hoping to clean it up soon. Def a better chair - this chair is not comfortable at all. And a bigger desk is something I am considering.

Hey guys.. since I've recently build my computer (Specs in my signature) I've been working on this area in my apartment. I recently got a new monitor (it's the Asus) - so I'm looking for some suggestions and ideas on how I can improve this area - right now as you probably can tell - I'm stressing for some space on the desk lol. If you're got items I should be buying and you know where to purchase please link if possible Thanks!

Hey, any recommendations on a really nice desk? I'm looking for a glossy desk (not glass) gray or black. I have a white case and want to go a black/white/red theme ;P Any suggestions? I've been looking for days and haven't been able to come across anything yet. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Are other GTX 970 owners getting crashes in Witcher 3?
Naberius replied to SteveGrabowski0's topic in Graphics Cards
I know I'm replying to an old topic - but was there a resolution to this issue? I"m running into it right now. I've read around the net and tried various different configurations from changing MEM/GPU clock offsets, temp targets settings, to disabling Nivida's auto stream, and V-Sync settings in game etc... I can't even start a new game - first time loading up the game and it crashes. -
I did use the MOBO's USB headers to try and detect and still does not work. -sigh- I am screwed ... it cannot be detected within Disk Management.

I got it to work .... after I slept overnight and watched some videos. I'll post pics up later on how it got in/looks. Thanks for the help.

Hey guys, I used Rufus to bio two of my flash drives so I can install Windows 7 on my ASUS Maximus VIII Ranger and now I'm having tons of issues with no optical drives... Is it possible to undo the format on this flash drive? My computer can't seem to pick up the USB drive, and Rufus doesn't recognize that there's a USB drive (I'm assuming it won't reformat it). Any help/advise?

The issue is that the CPU cooler doesn't fit as its too thick. I try placing it vertical (front) and even horizontal (top) of the case and it doesn't take

Hey guys, so I just got all my parts for this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vwCMkL And as I was assembling my system .... my CPU cooler is not compatible with this case... or am I missing something here? Does PCPartPicker checks compatibility with cases? After installing the CPU, RAM, Motherboard to the case ... I had no space to place the CPU cooler and the GPU card. What cases would you recommend for this CPU/Parts list? Should I return the case and buy a new one, or should I attempt to return the CPU cooler and get a smaller one? (If they'll take my return of course...otherwise I lose somewhere ) What are your suggestions on fixing this? I disassemble all my parts and place them back in the box...I'm concerned about messing up somewhere and the parts will go bad/poor care/management will ruin them. First time builder...Any advise would be appreciated. Would running two MSI GeForce 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 on this system build be advisable? The motherboard is SLI compatible, I have the power and it could fit in the case. What could be the benefits of running two vs one? I'd like to use two so that it doesn't stress one out and they support great graphics. I plan on hooking up this system to not only a monitor (4K) but also a 55 inch TV (4K).

Great call out and I thought about that also ... I ended going with Seasonic X-850(SS-850KM3 Active PFC F3) 850W 80 Plus Gold ATX12V/EPS12V Power Supply.

Oh thank you guys for the replies! I read through and have taken them into consideration and made some modifications to the build. Yes I'm planning on adding a second GPU in the future. Also I wanted to make sure I have a great power supply so I went a bit overboard with this choice. I changed the storage and video card as you suggested - I did however kept the i-7 CPU chip set. I stayed with a higher power supply for future planned upgrade. Also I like this case suggestion - so I swapped out cases I modified my motherboard and went with the Skylake CPU in prep for high resolution. I had to change my mother board and this build is gonna cost me $100.00+ but that's okay, I ended up with the motherboard I wanted to work with from the beginning. What do you guys think? Is this overkill? Hi everyone, So after much research, hours reading/watching videos, I've decided to build my own PC. I've never built a PC before, but I do have some knowledge that could possibly get me there. And if not, that's what google is for. I'm planning on utilizing this PC to also edit videos, work with illustrations, photography and of course gaming. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/PP2gMp | I want to build a gaming PC that could in the future expand/modify to reach 4K video. So far this is the build I've come up with. I'm a bit stuck on the CPU cooler - I'd like to get a liquid cooler, I want to make the PC as silent as possible, and simply because of the lighting effect it adds to the interior of the PC, and I'd like have the PC components be visible. What suggestion would you have to modify this build currently? Is there anything that seems unnecessary, or something I'm missing? Thanks,
