Keyboard was not detected or any of my usb things... but a good old quebecois about to light that piece of crap of fire made it scared and it randomly worked. Feels like i am gonna have to work on a budget new pc. My good old rtx 2060 and 2600 cpu did me good for near 6 years.

So today i woke up to my pc powering up, but the display ont work and the keyboard also doesn't light up. I am kinda confused and trying to figure it out.

So i am living in Montreal in a two story condo about ( 600sf each floor ). My Router is on the main floor while my office is on the second floor. I am using a wifi adapter ( https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B08QXD7FTV?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details ). I am with viring mobile for my internet and i am using a Valerie router from them with a 300mb connection. Should i upgrade to a wifi 6 router and if so what should i get ? trying to find something that is not too expensive.

Turns out it was the motherbard that was fried... got myself a b660 tomahawk and voila everything when fine. Thx for the help.

thx for the help i got a b660 tomahawk and the computer is working fine i can finally clear up my work stations.

I did that and it was fine... got thermal paste all over my rum and coke lol... I am sending the motherboard back and will upgrade to a b660 tomahawk and hopefully everything will be fine.

So hard to test but should i return the motherboard and give it a shot and if it's happening again then send the cpu back ?

The cpu requires a 8 pin and a 4 pin, the 4 pin is not connected as i do not have the cable. I asked around and i was told it's not a issue.

Did that with the 2x16 3600 speed ram and my own kit that i know works a 2x8 3200 kid both from corsair. Did slot by slot and nothing

I took the cmon battery off and swapped them ram from my pc to this one... still nothing ? what should my next step be ? VID_20221205_192235.mp4

Oh stupid me... i don't know how to find the cmos on the motherboard ... that would be helpful if i can get some help lol

I am trying to reset the cmos on my Msi Pro B660-a DDR4 motherboard as when i power it up i get the Dram light bug. I have a kit of 3200 speed 2x16 corsair vengeance ram and i think the cmos clear would maybe fix the issue. If not i am gonna have to try to get my hands on ddr4 ram to see if it's the kit the problem. ( i just when to ddr5 like 3 weeks ago on my system lmao ) Trying to fix this issue asap and as low cost as possible as it's a friends pc and money is kinda limited.

Ty i was worried, as it is not posting but i think it could be a cmos issue also so gonna give it a try when i get back home.
