  1. I would imagine the ram would just operate at 2133 without any issues, but you'd have to test it to be sure.
  2. Is there anything else I should try to get everything functioning properly?
  3. That driver installed properly without the need for compatibility mode. It did not see both fingers though.
  4. I have tried drivers from HP for The specific model laptop. The latest version from HP was for Windows 7. Those did not work either.
  5. I just did a clean install of Windows 10 on an old laptop. Two finger scrolling was working before I did the upgrade. After the upgrade, two finger scrolling no longer works. I have tried different versions of the driver. I have enabled two finger scrolling in the mouse settings. I have also tried third party programs that enable two finger scrolling with no luck. It seems like the trackpad is only seeing (or reporting) one finger. Is there any way I can get the trackpad to see both fingers again?
  6. I don't have a Ryzen CPU so I have no clue what temps they run at. If you are planning on overclocking, an AIO liquid cooler might not be a bad idea.
  7. This comes with an AM4 bracket. https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Contact-Heatpipes-RR-T4-18PK-R1/dp/B00BSKY1M4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1501352027&sr=8-1&keywords=hyper+212+evo+am4
  8. I have never had any experience with this. I would check the settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel. You can force applications to use the GPU in the settings.
  9. The i5-7600K should work fine. You could get the i7-7700K if you want hyperthreading.
  10. If you have a monitor with a high resolution (and the extra money) get the 1080 Ti.
  11. If you have a video card installed, try plugging the display into the motherboard. If the cable was already plugged into the motherboard, plug it into the GPU. In the BIOS there is a setting that allows you to choose what display device is used. You can select PCIe to use the GPU on boot.
  12. I have never had any AMD cards myself. I currently have a GTX 980 Ti that replaced my 970 and it works great. I had a couple of 1070s that I used for mining and then resold. I tried using the 1070s for gaming and they worked great. They're just hard to find right now for a reasonable price.
  13. I would wait a couple days for AMD's new VEGA cards to come out and see what happens with the pricing.
