  1. Problem isn't solved now its happening within a couple of minutes of being logged in. I don't know what to do
  2. Thanks for the video, love his work. I had a look and it seems the power cable wasn't all the way in for the SSD. I fixed it up, hopefully that'll be the problem sorted. I'll come back here if there are more problems ?
  3. Is there a way to easily make sure I have the right drivers?
  4. Specs: i5 8400 MSI B360M motherboard 8GB DDR4 Corsair RAM 240GB Kingston A400 SSD Corsair CX450 PSU I believe I have the latest driver's. No antivirus or malware software, apart from the in built windows stuff
  5. I've recently built myself a work computer and I'm having an issue I've never seen before. Basically I'll be working and all of a sudden everything will become unresponsive. I can move the mouse around but can't click on anything or input any keyboard commands. My Spotify music keeps playing just fine but the screen doesn't update in any way. The mouse only changes when I hover over the windows Cortana search area of the taskbar. This has happened 2 or 3 times in the last couple of days. What should I do!?!
  6. Hey guys, I have this motherboard https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/B360M Pro4/index.asp#Overview I was wondering if it is possible to output to my monitor as a second screen which supports 4K 60Hz over Displayport through the use of a USB Type-C to DisplayPort adaptor. I can output to the monitor over HDMI but that will only get me 4K at 30Hz as it is an older 4K monitor. Please help!
  7. Should also probably state that I'm an accountant and therefore the numpad is pretty damn important
  8. Hey guys, I'm expecting the Logitech MX Master 2S to arrive today and I'm looking for a new keyboard to match it. I'm looking for recommendations - it won't be for gaming, and I would prefer if it had some dedicated media buttons, but other than that I can't really think of anything in particular to look for. Any suggestions (currently using my Razer Blackwidow from home)?
  9. The boss is very happy with the price, comes out at about $750 AUD. He's currently working with an Intel i7-3770S in a HP Compaq Pro 4300 SFF Pc that is starting to show its age. Looking forward to putting this one together, thanks for your help!
  10. Mate I'm really liking your build. You are pretty confident that there will be no issues with this build? I've never built with a Micro-ATX form factor and I've typically stuck with MSI Motherboards
  11. I'm thinking I'll do as you said and change to a 7500 with a H270 board. Are you sure it will run okay without a CPU cooler?
  12. Yeah no need for an iGPU as far as I can think. Any difference between Z270 and H270?
  13. At the moment I'm sitting at $1,000 AUD with the build I've specified.
  14. Hi guys, Basically I work for an accounting firm (my Dad is the boss) and he is allowing me to build the computers for the workplace, starting with his one which is a HP ProDesk bought back in 2012. Just need something zippy with no graphics card. Does anyone see any problems with this build? I'm trying to keep cost down but still have some pretty good performance. We don't use any programs that are too intensive. CPU: i5-7600k Mboard: Gigabyte Z270-HD3 LGA 1151 ATX RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4 2133MHz Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X Case: Corsair Carbide 100R Silent Edition PSU: Corsair CX550W 80 Plus Bronze Semi-Modular Storage: Samsung 960 EVO 250GB M.2 (2280) SSD We have a server so there isn't a need for much onboard storage. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
  15. Thanks, but I don't think that really helps me solve my problem.
